FAQ Wedding

Answers to the most common questions about wedding films.

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings it’s always best to book well in advance, especially for dates between May and September when demand is higher. Many couples confirm their videographer 12–18 months before the wedding. If you already have a date and venue, get in touch as soon as possible to check availability. Even if the date is closer, it’s still worth reaching out: sometimes dates open up or we can find a solution.

What is the cost of the wedding service?

The cost of a wedding film depends on several factors such as coverage length, location, travel and the type of story you want. Every wedding is different, so I prefer clear but flexible packages that adapt to each couple’s needs. Contact me to receive full details on available services and a personalized quote for your day.

How can we request a quote?

You can request a quote via the website contact form, email or Instagram. To receive a more precise response it helps to include the wedding date, ceremony and reception locations, the type of ceremony (civil, religious, symbolic) and any useful information about the day. After the first contact we can also arrange a short introductory call.

Who chooses the music for the wedding film?

Music choice is a fundamental part of building the wedding film. During editing I select licensed tracks that match the day’s emotions and rhythm. If you have a song or genre you love, you can share it and I’ll always try to take it into account during editing.

What is your shooting style?

My style is cinematic, natural and discreet. During the wedding I tell the day as it is, without forced poses. I focus on real emotions, spontaneous gestures, details and atmosphere, building a fluid and emotional visual story. The goal is to create a film that truly brings the day back to life and reveals moments you might have missed: a glance between parents, friends’ emotions during the ceremony, or small gestures happening while attention is elsewhere. The wedding film becomes not only a memory but a fuller perspective of the day.

What coverage do you provide?

I generally cover the wedding from preparations through the main moments of the party. This includes preparations, ceremony, candid moments with friends and family, reception and the final party. Coverage can be tailored to the structure of your day and your needs.

How long is the wedding film?

The wedding film is typically 10–15 minutes, designed with a cinematic rhythm. In some cases I also create add‑ons such as a short teaser and social‑optimized versions. For those who want a more complete story, premium options can extend the film to around 20 minutes and include more moments. Extras like full speeches or other meaningful reception moments can also be edited separately.

How will the wedding film be delivered?

The wedding film is delivered digitally in high quality, ready to be viewed on computer, smart TV or mobile devices. You’ll receive a private link to download the video and share it easily with friends and family.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are generally between 3 and 4 months after the wedding. This time is needed to carefully handle all post‑production steps: image selection, editing, color grading and sound design. The priority is always delivering a timeless, carefully crafted film.

Do you also deliver the original files?

Normally the original files are not delivered. The value of the work is in the narrative built from the best images, editing and post‑production. If you have specific needs we can discuss them.

Where do you work?

I work mainly in Italy, but I’m available to travel abroad. I film weddings in many different locations and I’m happy to evaluate travel for special destinations.
